Salary: $135,000 – $145,000 + 10% Bonus

We’re partnered with a rapidly growing company that is looking to hire a Project Manager to backfill a key role on their internal team. This individual will work directly with the leadership team to drive high-impact integration and implementation projects for enterprise clients.
This is a hands-on position suited for someone who is adaptable, delivery-focused, and experienced in ERP or financial software projects.
Manage and lead end-to-end implementation projects for ERP, AP, and Payment solutions
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
Proactively drive outcomes and ensure successful delivery with minimal oversight
Communicate project status to executive stakeholders and ensure alignment across technical and business teams
Collaborate closely with directors and senior leadership, with access to mentorship and strategic input
Proven experience delivering ERP, AP, or Payments-related implementation projects
Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to lead without needing hand-holding
Agile, flexible, and capable of adapting quickly to shifting priorities
Strong ownership mindset with a focus on delivery and execution
Working knowledge of SQL is preferred but not required
